Parking is available at the PPG Place Garage, which is directly connected to the PPG Wintergarden. The garage can be accessed from Third Avenue or Fourth Avenue. Once parked, take the elevator to the plaza / ground level, which is the Wintergarden level, and follow signs for the Wintergarden to enter the venue without going outside. There will be a PPG shuttle provided during the reception for guests who would like a ride to their hotel. There are no set times for the shuttle. It will come and go as needed.
Cocktail hour will be at 5:30 PM and will feature heavy appetizers. Dinner will be served at 7:15 PM.
Doors open to the venue at 4:30 PM.

At 11:00 PM, there will be an after party at CityWorks. It is located across Market Square. There will be appetizers and bar bites served.
