What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will both be held at the green cabins.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception where we will be serving food and beverages.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive thirty minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is limited. We ask that guests try their best to ride together from their hotels or call the provided number on the website for the meeker sober buddy to bring you to the location for a small fee. Parking will be held behind the location and signs will be up to guide guests to the right parking area.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Sober buddy shuttle (970)930-2091 In town rides $7. Out of town rides $1.50/mile. We ask that you use the transportation service to get to the wedding location if you can’t ride with immediate family. And we encourage all that are staying in meeker from out of town in the hotels to use this service if you have been drinking once the night is through!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #Rhollwedding so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”
