Yes! There is a gravel lot that all guests can park in that's located conveniently between the ceremony and reception location. There will be parking attendants directing guests where to park. If you should need assistance to the ceremony or reception locations from your car, please let a parking attendant know and they can transport you using golf carts.
The ceremony will start at approximately 4:30 PM. We please ask that guests start arriving at 4:00 PM to give plenty of time for parking and finding a seat for the ceremony. We please ask that if you arrive late, do not disrupt the ceremony service. There will be places to still view the ceremony, but we want to limit as many distractions as possible during the service.
This is a dressy casual celebration! We want everyone looking and feeling good on our big day! For the gents, think khaki's, dress slacks, button up shirts, polo's, etc. For the ladies, think sundresses, midi-maxi dresses, jumpsuits, chic separates, etc.
Unfortunately, we only have enough room at our venue for those listed on the invitations. So please no plus ones (unless your invitation already has a seat reserved for them), friend-of-friends, or surprise guests please! This helps us ensure an accurate head count for our celebration.
As much as we love your kiddos, our day is limited to those named on the invitation - that includes a few cherished little family members and wedding-party kids. We hope you can enjoy a rare night off full of good food, good music, and dancing! Thank you for your understanding and celebrating with us!
