When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask you to RSVP as soon as possible for our vendors, but no later than April 24, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our event will be casual but nice. Think about what you would wear to a special church service. We suggest khaki pants with a nice shirt or sundress.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The service will begin at 3:30 in the afternoon. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before to find a seat and get settled.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

The reception will begin at 6 in the evening and will start with a meal. Following the ceremony, we will be hosting a social hour at the church to allow families and loved ones to take photos in the sanctuary. The drive from St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Scribner to the Woodcliff Community Center in Fremont, Nebraska, is approximately 25–30 miles and usually takes about 30–35 minutes. We recommend departing from Scribner for the reception at 5:30 p.m.
