We first crossed paths at a church small group, and somewhere between shared laughs and sarcastic comments, we realized we might actually like each other. It didn’t take long to figure out that we had a lot in common — from our shared weirdness to our mutual love of bullying each other just enough to keep things interesting. When we’re not making fun of each other, you can usually find us on the pickleball court (Dalton winning) or playing video games (also Dalton winning). The proposal was just as unpredictable as we are — Mammoth Cave National Park sounded like a great idea… until the cave was closed. So Dalton improvised, popping the question at a random bench with some random people snapping photos. It couldn’t have been more us — unplanned, hilarious, and absolutely perfect. Now we’re just excited to keep being weird together, laugh through life, and be a part of each other’s stories forever.
