Please remember that all guests will need a valid passport to travel to Italy. If you don’t already have one, we strongly encourage you to apply as soon as possible—passport processing can take up to three months. Getting your passport early will help ensure a smooth and stress-free journey! https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html
As we’re planning a small and intimate celebration with our closest family and friends, we kindly ask that you not bring a plus one unless specifically invited. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to share this special time with you.
Yes, you will need to rent a car. We recommend booking early to ensure availability and to best accommodate your family’s needs and travel preferences.
During the wedding week, we want everyone to have the flexibility to explore, relax, and enjoy the area at their own pace—especially when it comes to meals. Guests will be responsible for their own breakfasts, snacks, and general food throughout the week. Breakfast items can be purchased individually based on your preferences. Most days, we expect lunches to be enjoyed while you're out and about rather than back at the villa. That said, we do have a few special gatherings planned. On Tuesday, we’ll be hosting an evening at the villa with snacks, refreshments, and dinner provided. Then on Thursday night, just before the wedding, Dalton will be preparing and hosting a dinner for everyone to enjoy together. We’re looking forward to sharing these moments with you while also giving everyone the freedom to make the most of the week in their own way!
