For those arriving on Thursday or earlier, we invite you to join us for a casual open house-style event at Kim & Kory's farm. Venue opens between 3:00 & 4:00, but please feel free to arrive and leave as makes sense for you. Dinner and snacks will be provided. Parking information to come.

Join us for a welcome reception to kick off the weekend. Light hors de oeuvres will be provided with a drink on us (cash bar to follow). Parking recommendations are the Carrol Creek, Church Street, and Court Street Garages. All are within a block or two of the distillery.

Bus Transport Between Hotel & Venue
2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Buses will be available to transport guests from Springhill Suites to ThorpeWood and back. We are taking a headcount to determine how many buses we need to book, so please RSVP for the bus event if you are interested in taking it. Many of the roads up to the venue are narrow back roads, so please keep this in mind when planning your transportation.
Ceileigh & Dalton Wedding

The ceremony will be outside on grass and there will be a lot of walking on gravel around the venue, so stilettoes are not recommended. The weather in early October is very unpredictable and can be either summery or cold, so please bring layers. When reviewing weather forecasts, subtract ~10 degrees from the temperature listed in Frederick City to estimate the temperature on the mountain.
The ceremony will be held at the Willow Pond, followed by a cocktail hour. We will reconvene at the Lodge for the reception, dinner, and dancing.
