We originally met in 2014 & dated all through high-school until we went our separate ways in college. In August of 2023, we reconnected & went out for dinner - it was like we’d never spent any time apart! Now we live together with our two cats, Shaq & Phoebe, & the rest is history!

Dalton kept the whole proposal plan from me for a full month, only letting my dad & my best friend, Sheanna, in on his plans. We go to the Red Lodge Christmas Stroll every year, & we always find a spot for pictures. When it was our turn, Sheanna held the camera while Hope videoed (I had no idea anything fishy was going on). Dalton & I smiled for our picture, & all of a sudden he wasn’t standing next to me anymore! It was the easiest question I’ve ever been asked & easily my favorite Christmas stroll to date. 🤍 In the video, you can’t hear Dalton’s words, but you can sure hear “You’re a Mean One Mr. Grinch” playing in the background.
