When should I RSVP by?

Please make sure to send in your RSVP online or by mail by June 1.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. The ceremony is going to be outside in late July so it will be very warm. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, and don't forget to put on some sunscreen since you will be sitting in the sun for the ceremony.

Do I need to be vaccinated?

Answer

YES! We are requiring that all guests who are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine obtain it before our wedding. Please be considerate to the health of all our guests.

How far is the reception from the ceremony?

Answer

Our reception will be held at the Ruth Bancroft Garden and is close to the Gardens at Heather Farm. The reception site is about a 5 minute drive from the Gardens at Heather Farm.

Is the reception indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The cocktail hour will be held outdoor in the cactus garden, and the reception will be inside the main event hall at Ruth Bancroft Garden.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have been given a plus one on your invitation then you may bring a date, but if your invitation is only addressed to you, then we ask that you do not bring a plus one. We have a smaller venue and are unable to accommodate more than the allowed capacity.
