Walking Down the Aisle

Aj Webb

Matron of Honor

Aj and I meet our freshman year of high school at an open house for our private school. The following school year, on February 11th we went to see the Justin Bieber movie and we've been best friends ever since. We've truly been through it all together and there is no one else I could imagine standing next to me when I say "I do."

Bryce Witt

Best Man

Bryce has been one of my best friends for the past 15 years. That number kind of blew my mind, but it also brought back a flood of unforgettable memories—like advancing our drum and guitar skills, playing in bands, changing McDonald’s signs (and getting arrested for it), and constantly creating whatever music we felt like at the time. We've accomplished a lot together over the years. Bryce is a true, lifelong friend, and I couldn’t imagine this day without him standing by my side.

Christa Wondor

Bridesmaid

Christa and I meet at some point in college that neither seem to remember. It was like one day we just started being friends and then became roommates! She brings out my goofiest silliest side, but will never pass up a heart to heart chat. Christa has always been an encouragement to me and I am so thankful for our continued friendship. She is an inspiring mother, nurse, and friend.

Justin Rhodes

Best Man

Justin and I first met while working in the Military Funeral Honors Program. We were both living in Madison but assigned to the Milwaukee region, which meant spending hours upon hours in a vehicle together. Luckily, Justin turned out to be one of the coolest guys I’ve ever met. That year of long drives and shared experiences kicked off a bromance that’s still going strong. He’s been a constant and loyal friend ever since, and I’m proud to have him as one of my best men.

Mackenzie Tim

Bridesmaid

Mackenzie and I went to high school together, but we became closer in college when we both would visit home and hangout with Aj. We've been besties since and have enjoyed countless coffee dates, couch hangouts, and constant Tik Tok messages. She's the chillest friend and I am so lucky to have her in my life.

Mike Parks

Groomsman

Mike is technically my uncle, but he’s always felt more like a best friend and mentor. We played in a metalcore band together, where he showed off his insane vocal talent and even better character. When I was considering joining the military, Mike helped me think it through with patience and honesty. Once I enlisted, he continued to support and guide me every step of the way. I truly don’t know if I would’ve followed through without him—and I’m so thankful I did.

Claire Johnson

Bridesmaid

Her name is Claire and she likes to party. Claire and I were freshman year roommates and quickly bonded over our love of the movie Hot Rod. Even though Claire decided to transfer the next year, we continued to stay connected, quote Hot Rod, get coffee, and yap on FaceTime.

Ethan MacDonald

Groomsman

Ethan is Alisha’s big brother, and since becoming family, we’ve bonded through our shared love of music, absurd humor, and a daily stream of Instagram reels. We can go from joking around to deep conversations about life and the future without missing a beat. It’s rare to find someone who gets your weird and still wants to dive into the meaningful stuff. I’m genuinely grateful to call Ethan my brother-in-law and even more grateful to call him a friend.

Falicia Cunningham

Bridesmaid

Falicia and Alisha; similar names, born a day a part, destined to be friends from the beginning riding off into the sunset. We meet our freshman year of college, but really became friends our sophomore year when we decided to be roommates second semester. Falicia has been a constant source of wisdom for me, and should be an inspiration for everyone. There are many times in my life that Falicia has taught me how to be a better person, and I owe her a lot for challenging me and pushing me to grow.

Rick

Groomsman

I met Rick back in eighth grade, shortly after meeting Bryce. He played trumpet in our high school band, and the three of us immediately clicked. Whether we were making music—good or hilariously bad—or coming up with spontaneous, borderline chaotic plans (intentionally left vague), we were always having a blast. Rick and I even worked together during the height of COVID, blasting Clorox spray across businesses and cracking jokes the whole time. He’s always been down for whatever, and I’m grateful to have him in my corner.

Blair Sylskar

Bridesmaid

Blair and I meet through Claire, who is actually her childhood friend, during our freshman year in college. We've spent time hanging out on and off through out the years, but really became closer when I moved to Madison. Blair let me live with her, and was so sweet to put up with Dalton constantly. She means the world to both of us. Dalton says that when we are together our voices turn into screeches.

Isaiah MacDonald

Officiant

Isaiah is Alisha’s younger brother—a simple man with a heavy-handed dash of bluntness. He’s got an old soul (and might be 26… we weren’t quite sure), and I really admire how hard he works to support his family. He’s got a grounded, honest way about him that I deeply respect. I’m proud to be part of his family and excited to keep building memories with him as a brother-in-law.

Nora Tim

Flower Girl

Nora is Alisha's first "niece" - Mackenzie's daughter. Her attitude is inspiring. She is sugar, spice, and all things nice. Who's not obsessed with her.

Bosson Parks

Ring Bearer

Dalton's cousin, and the sweetest kid. Favorite word: MOTORCYCLES!!!

Ronan MacDonald

Ring Bearer

Alisha's nephew and favorite living being on the planet. The happiest little dude on the planet, and we are hoping he'll take after his uncle one day with his drum skills.

Steve Bright and Vicky Weier

Father of the Groom

These two have been a beacon of hope for me throughout my life. My father is the most well rounded and caring person, and Vicky is such a sweetheart. I'm so happy that they will be there to celebrate this wonderful day with us.

Charles & Brenda MacDonald

Parents of the Bride

My parents have been through a lot in their 40 years of marriage, they have continually persevered and fought for their marriage. They are an inspiration to us and fighting for our marriage.

Christine

Mother of the Groom

My mother has been such a supportive parent and has welcomed Alisha with open arms. Her motivation and drive has inspired me throughout my life. I can't wait to share this day with her!
