Menu: Salad Mixed greens, crumbled feta, candied walnut, dried cranberry, balsamic drizzle Seated Dual Entrees: Lemon Pepper Salmon Boneless Short Rib, savory herb-red wine demi glaze Vegetarian Entree: Caribbean-Jerk Garbanzo Stir-fry, sweet’n spicy house jerk sauce, seasonal vegetables, toasted sesame Sides: Smashed Potatoes, creamy garlic, truffle essence Seasonal Roasted Vegetables Cake: Milk chocolate, espresso-soaked sponge cake layered with creamy hazelnut mousse and chocolate mousse with hazelnut. Dark, moist chocolate cake filled with creamy hazelnut-flavored mousse. Cheesecake with passionfruit swirl layered with vanilla sponge cake.
