We're Getting Married!

We met in the Winter of 2015 at a Christmas party for the San Diego Mesa College softball team we we're both playing on. Nicki had been with the team since the fall and I was in the process of moving to San Diego so I could join the team in January. After the first week of practice we became fast best friends and spent pretty much every day together. Feelings grew and we went on our first date in March of 2016 and became an official couple soon after. We've accomplished so much throughout our years together. Here's a few of our favorite memories: - 3/28/2016: Our anniversary of when we officially became a couple! - April 2016: I take Nicki to her first Padres game at Petco Park and officially convert her into a Padres fan - June 2016: We moved in together! (Fast, we know) - Feb 2017: We adopt our first cat, Vivian - July 2017: We transfer from Mesa to CSUB to finish our undergrad degrees and move to Bakersfield, CA - Aug 2017: We find a cat on the street in Bakersfield and knew we had to adopt him. He would soon be named Peter - May 2019: We graduate with our Bachelor's degrees from CSUB - Aug 2019: We move back to San Diego with our 2 cats and start new jobs! Nicki makes her way back to Mesa college to coach softball with our former head coach - Feb 2021: We become Padres season ticket holders! A lifelong dream of mine - May 2022: We each graduate with our Master's degrees and settle more into our careers - 11/17/23: Nicki proposes and it was a total surprise to me! We're so grateful to our friends and family for helping Nicki pull it off and keeping it a secret - Feb 2024 - Nov 2025: Wedding planning begins and won't stop until the big day! - 11/13/2025: We get married!
