When Should I RSVP By?

Please RSVP on our website by July 9th.
Question
What time should i arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. We recommend guests arrive no later than 3:30pm to get seated and settled. THERE WILL BE AN EVENT OCCURRING AT T-MOBILE PARK ON THIS DAY. Because of the event, finding parking may be difficult. Please ensure you give yourselves enough time to find parking and make your way into the hotel!

When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will take place August 9th, 2025 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton- Pioneer Square, also known as King Street Ballroom & Perch.

Where can i park upon arrival?
Answer
Paid garage & valet parking with the Embassy Suites hotel will be available. Street parking or parking lots around the area are highly encouraged as cheaper alternatives. *Please see the Parking tab for additional information and options

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation when you RSVP.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see you in your best formal cocktail or semi-formal attire!

Are kids allowed?

We love your little ones! However, we decided to keep our wedding adults only.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be on a covered rooftop, while the reception will be indoors.
