Whenever you like! This is very casual. Food will be out from about 3-7, so if you're hoping for some killer BBQ or falafel then plan accordingly.
Absolutely not. It's early September in St. Louis, so it could be muggy or freezing - just dress for what's comfortable and easy! And maybe something you don't mind getting some dog fur on.

Civil Life has a parking lot and there is also street parking. It's tucked away in a residential area, so street parking is not guaranteed. Consider carpooling if you're able just in case!
