Our adventure is our favorite!

Dallas was determined to leave right at noon. It was very cute but suspicious. Once we got into Steamboat we met up with Ashleigh & Derek at the condo. Relaxed, drank, enjoyed snacks before we all got ready for dinner. We ended up in the downtown area & I'm looking for the restaurant, when Dallas tells me we have to take the gondola to get there... Nice little surprise. The gondola ride up, the view was so pretty & clear. After stopping to check on our reservation, us girls, visited the restroom. All of a sudden the boys are freaking out... we have to go... come on! We walk out & they escort us to the snow cat aka the snow monster! Definitely a bucket list item! We crawled up the mountain, that thing was impressive. The incline was fun, there are times you are sitting & times you are standing! I felt like a little kid! Once we get to the top, the manager of Four Points Lodge tells us, 'I normally give a speech & tell you all about our restaurant but the sunset is so beautiful, and I don't want you guys to miss it!' We climbed out of the monster & headed around the corner to gaze at the view. We are above 10,000 elevation. The air was crisp & the view was spectacular. We finally get to the look out & I go to take pictures of the sunset, when he gets down on one knee!!! His proposal was so PERFECT & very over the top. I felt so darn special. I started to cry so all I got out was 'of course' and 'yes!' The manager comes out, with a bottle of champagne & four glasses. Everyone was taking our pictures and hugging us. We sat & watched the sun completely set & loved on one another. As we made our way to the table, the entire place stopped to congratulate us. We got a bottle of wine with dinner that Dallas had imported from Italy... wow just wow! The dinner was a five course meal, one delicious item after another. In-between, we called our parents & I couldn't stop looking at the ring. Over the moon just thinking about it! Our love story begins...
