We met the way a lot of modern love stories start, on Tinder. It was 2019 when Dallas and Sidney first matched on Tinder. Soon after, Dallas added Sidney on Snapchat, and the conversations took off from there. But from the very beginning, Dallas made it clear he wasn’t interested in casual. In true Dallas fashion, he told Sidney, “Let me know when you want someone who will treat you right.” Then he disappeared for a few weeks. One day, Sidney noticed on Snapchat that Dallas had accidentally dyed his white shorts doing laundry. She messaged him: “You need to learn how to do laundry.” That one message sparked everything. They hung out, and from that moment on, they have been inseparable. We moved in together faster than some people thought was “acceptable,” but we knew what worked for us. Life together just made sense-- financially, emotionally, and in every other way.
