When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 31. This will ensure we can finalize our arrangements and reserve a spot for you to celebrate with us. After October 31, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate seating, per our venue's request.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM. Please aim to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow for seating. Guest seating will start at 3:30 PM. We also recommend considering traffic and travel time to ensure you do not miss any part of the celebration. Once the ceremony starts, guests will not be allowed to enter until cocktail hour to not disrupt the flow.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests wear formal black-tie attire to complement our elegant evening celebration. While there is no strict color requirement, we do ask that guests avoid wearing all-white to ensure the bride stands out on her special day. Thank you for honoring our vision.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate plus-ones due to limited space, unless they are explicitly mentioned in your invitation. There are no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding is an adults-only event, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is unplugged and we wish to maintain its solemnity. We kindly ask that ALL guests refrain from taking pictures and videos during the wedding ceremony. Please avoid blocking the view of our professional photographer and videographer who will be capturing every moment. We promise to share the photos with you after the wedding. Once we are husband and wife, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you like. Also, pictures and videos can be taken during cocktail hour and the reception.

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue.

Are special meal requests available for dinner?

Answer

For the reception, we will be serving a pre-selected menu. Our catering staff will provide details on any ingredients that may cause allergic reactions to ensure everyone’s safety. However, we are unable to accommodate individual special requests.
