FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal or black tie optional! For the ladies, think long dresses. For the gentlemen, think suit and tie. We cannot wait to see how fabulous you all look on this special day!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love little ones, our wedding will be an adult only celebration. The only children included will be our flower girl and ring bearers. Thank you for understanding!

Question

If I am an out-of-town guest, where should I stay?

Answer

Check out the travel section of our website for details on our recommended hotels! There are also plenty of Airbnb options and additional hotels in the area and closer to the beach if you're looking for something different! Keep in mind the beaches are about 30-45 minutes away from our wedding venue.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to find their seats and get settled.

Question

Is the Venue Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors by the river with the reception taking place indoors on the property. As the wedding is in February, we are expecting beautiful weather; however it is Florida, so come prepared for anything! Guests may wish to consider elegant outerwear or light layers for the evening.

Question

Will be there parking at the venue or would it be better to Uber?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue; however, it is limited. We recommend utilizing Uber or other ride share services for pick up and drop off! Just be sure to check estimated wait times ahead of time, especially during peak hours.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Plus-ones are included only if explicitly noted on your invitation. We kindly ask that guests attend as listed, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony? Will the wedding be unplugged?

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos or videos and silence all phones during the ceremony. We are fortunate to have professional photographers capturing the moment, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you afterward. Thank you for helping us create a truly special and meaningful celebration.
