Flight
We recommend flying into Denver International Airport for our Estes Park wedding, as it offers the most flexibility and ease for travelers. Denver International Airport is a central hub with nonstop flights to most U.S. cities, frequent service, and often the best availability and pricing. It also makes coordinating arrival times and travel plans much simpler. Rental cars are readily available at the airport, allowing you to continue your journey to the mountains on your own schedule. It also has an amazing shuttle program if you so choose to use it. From Denver, Estes Park is a scenic and straightforward ***drive of about 1.5 hours.*** The route is well-traveled, easy to navigate, and offers beautiful mountain views as you head toward the Rockies — making the drive part of the experience. ***Getting a Rental Car Rental cars are readily available directly at Denver International Airport, with multiple major rental agencies on-site. This makes traveling to Estes Park flexible and straightforward, whether you plan to explore Colorado before or after the wedding. ***Train services While RTD provides easy access to downtown Denver and the surrounding areas, it does not extend up to Estes Park. If you plan to explore Denver, sightsee, or pick up a rental car downtown, the train is a great option. From there, a rental car is recommended to travel to Estes Park. ***The Drive to Estes Park The drive from Denver to Estes Park is approximately 1.5 hours and is well-maintained year-round. It’s a scenic route with clear signage, making it accessible even for first-time Colorado visitors.

Rental Car
We recommend using EXP Rideshare for your transportation to and from the wedding. This will help everyone have a safe and easy night. If you haven’t booked your ride in advance, you can scan a QR code at the bar to get a discount. We’ll also send out the discount code a week before and on the day of the wedding, so you can book your rides from your hotel to the venue and back. We encourage you to schedule your rides in advance for both pickup and arrival. Booking early puts you on the schedule and helps EXP Rideshare make sure there are enough drivers for everyone. This way, you’ll have one less thing to worry about, and the end of the night will go smoothly for all our guests.
Rental Car
There is NO UBER/LYFT in Estes park. Instead, we recommend using a rideshare/local "taxi" service if you choose not to get a car. You can book in advance on their website, but for a same-day ride, call them. (Give at least 1 hour's notice.) Their services book quickly, so advanced notice is better. Discount code: EPCBCI for 10% off (Let us know if the code doesn't work.)

Train
Denver International Airport is connected to downtown Denver via the Regional Transportation District (RTD) A Line, offering a convenient and affordable way to travel into the city. The A Line runs frequently throughout the day and takes approximately 40 minutes from the airport to downtown Denver’s Union Station. It’s an excellent option for guests who plan to spend time exploring Denver, stay overnight in the city, or prefer to pick up a rental car downtown rather than at the airport. RTD service does not extend to Estes Park, so a rental car is recommended for the drive into the mountains. Using RTD can be a flexible option if you’d like to enjoy the city first, then continue to Estes Park at your own pace.
Hotel
This was one of our favorite places to stay. Very mountain chic, walking distance to the river walk & shops in Estes, and right on the river! ** They do Smore's every night!*
Hotel
This is such a cute find. More secluded, and we loved staying here. Hearing the river and sitting by, watching nature, is very relaxing.

This is where the wedding is at, they offer individual cabin rentals as well.
