This is a new location of our most sentimental date spot ever (since Dustin proposed there). Drive to the original location in Davidson if you want to visit Stars Hollow, or take the shortcut and visit this one down the road from the church!
A strong recommendation from all four parents! This is a local favorite for French pastries, coffees, teas and sodas. They are known for their salted caramel brownies, but we like the Palmiers best!
A beautiful, sprawling nature space in the city with walking trails, bike rentals, playgrounds, and more. We recommend a visit here if the weather's nice!
These lovely gardens are right around the corner from our new home. The mansion is now a bed and breakfast, but you are welcomed to park in the neighborhood and stroll through the gardens. Just enter through any open gate. It's a Charlotte landmark!
Great atmosphere and hangout coffee bar, plus TV's if you are trying to catch a broadcast game after the wedding!
Dallace used to live right behind this hole-in-the-wall pizza place. It's a regional chain, but everything is made fresh and baked when you order it. The slices are HUGE!
It's no secret we love kombucha. If you want to try the stuff that got us hooked, hop over here after the wedding! This is a family-friendly brewery with parking available onsite, too.
This place is special to us- from our first date to New Year's Eve to celebrating our engagement- what's better than nachos and tacos?
