Dalia's grandfather, Merrill, was insistent that Dalia sign up for a dating website. At 90 years old, Merrill didn't realize that everyone was "on the apps" now. Eventually, she finally gave in and hit download to a few apps, thinking she had nothing to lose. She matched with Seth, and within weeks they had a first date. They went to Cityside in Boston for drinks, and after five hours of what was supposed to be a quick date, the rest was history.
Four years later, Seth and Dalia planned an exciting trip to Greece, where they were to spend time in Athens, Santorini, and Crete. Little did Dalia know, Seth had been planning a magical proposal, with the help of their family and loved ones, for a whole year. Seth suggested that they go to their private balcony to take "selfies" before their dinner reservation. Although Dalia wasn't a big fan of walking up the many stairs in Santorini with her long dress, she couldn't resist a good sunset picture. After they took their pictures, Seth got down on one knee and they shared a beautiful moment together. Afterwards, Seth turned Dalia around, and there was a Greek photographer (hiding in the bushes) who captured the moment. They scheduled a Facetime with both of their parents, and were all able to celebrate the happy occasion together. We are so grateful for all of you, and are honored to spend our special day together. See you in York!
