We're tying the knot!

In the vibrant city of Berlin, where the trains may not always be on time but the adventures never stop, fate (and a well-timed right swipe) brought us together. He had called this city home for three years, while she had just arrived, stepping into a new chapter of her life. On May 17, 2022, thanks to Bumble and a shared appreciation for witty bios, we met. What we both expected to be just another forgettable Berlin first date turned into something completely unexpected. A simple match led to an effortless connection, turning Berlin into more than just a city—it became the place where our forever began. As our love grew, so did our adventures, and our first romantic trip together took us to Sicily—a place that felt like the perfect middle ground between us. With its sun-drenched landscapes, rich history, and the meeting of Mediterranean and Western cultures, it reflected us in ways we hadn’t imagined. It was there, between the sea and the Sicilian sun, that we realized just how beautifully our worlds fit together. And so, it feels only right that we return to Sicily to begin our next chapter, surrounded by the warmth, beauty, and love that brought us here in the first place.
