Yes! We have a room block at the Jekyll Island Club Resort for the wedding weekend. The resort is a three minute walk from the venue and will give you full access to the wedding weekend festivities, as well as bike trails, a pool, golf, and much more! We recommend booking in advance so we can ensure accommodations for everyone.
Jekyll Island Club Resort is both the recommended hotel and the wedding venue. Crane Cottage, where the ceremony and reception will be held, is walking distance from the resort hotel. If you are staying offsite, you will be responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the venue. Parking is available on site if you are not staying at the resort. Jekyll Island is approximately 45 minutes drive from Jacksonville airport. We recommend booking a car rental or taking a ride share service as transportation from the airport to the resort.
Parking at the resort is free. However, there is a $10 entrance fee to the island.
Yes! Dress code is Formal Garden Party, so tuxes and full-length gowns in any color are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Feel free to experiment with lighter hues and materials and embrace color, patterns, and silhouettes for a summer in GA. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in a grassy area, with the reception on concrete, so block heels are recommended. When in doubt, look up "Formal Garden Party Attire" on Pinterest for inspiration.
We are registered through Zola. You can find our registry in the main menu of the wedding website.
Please reference the “Schedule” section of our wedding website for a full breakdown of wedding weekend activities.
We understand that travel may be difficult to coordinate with children. Your children are more than welcome to join you at the resort for the wedding weekend, but please note that the wedding ceremony and reception are adults-only celebrations and you will be responsible for your own childcare.
We are thrilled to have you join us on our special day. Kindly note that due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. Please refer to your formal invitation and the party that is linked to your invitation on the RSVP section of our website. Only the names listed on your invitation may attend.
We kindly request your response by June 2nd, 2025. You can reference the RSVP section of our website to submit your response. You can search by first or last name. If you are having trouble finding your party, we recommend searching just your last name.
Please reach out to Victoria or David directly with any food allergies, and make your server / wedding coordinator aware on the day of the event. We will do our best to accommodate.
