Our Story
Written from Sean's POV:
After 10 years, we are finally tying the knot! Dalena and I met at an inflatable pool party on a warm sunny day way back in May 2013. After locking eyes a few times over the course of the next hour, I worked up the courage to introduce myself. Not knowing exactly how to break the ice. I led with "nice phone case." She laughed, said thank you, and we introduced ourselves. There are 2 very distinct memories I have of that day, how beautiful she was and her very large, almost obnoxious Hello Kitty phone case. We talked for the next few hours and exchanged numbers. The next day, we talked for hours on the phone. Those hours turned into days and after a month of talking, we went on our first date. I knew we were meant for each other, and the last 10 years have been a testament to that. I asked her to be my wife 10/20/2021 at an apple orchard in Woodstock and even though I waited 8 years to pop the question, she said yes!
