This is a fabulous, Asian fusion restaurant for those of you who are foodies and up for driving into Raleigh. Raleigh is about 30-40 minutes away. You will need to make a reservation, or be prepared to wait, but the food is delicious! It is located in downtown Raleigh, where you can walk around and there are lots of shops, restaurants, etc.

This is just a cool place to go! It is a hotel but on the main floor, there is a bar with great cocktails and a restaurant. It is also a small contemporary art museum with rotating exhibits, and a bank vault transformed into a lounge in the basement. It is located in the heart of downtown Durham, full of restaurants and shops.
Great for kids and adults, the Lemur Center has over 200 animals. You have to make a reservation in advance, but it is a great place to check out!
