Please RSVP by October 3rd, 2026! We will need to get final headcounts to our vendors and venue team and will appreciate receiving a timely response!

Due to space and budget constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. If your invite states "+ one", please feel free to bring a guest! We appreciate your understanding!
We love your children, but due to budget constraints, only family members are allowed to bring their children. Friends, please obtain childcare arrangements! For family members planning on bringing their children, please keep a close eye on them! If they are typically disruptive or uncooperative, please consider making childcare arrangements. Thank you for understanding!
The official dress code is semi-formal but due to the western nature of our theme, men are free to wear nice blue jeans and cowboy boots. Men, please wear a nice shirt and tie, with or without a jacket. Women, please stick to the "typical" semi formal dress code. All are welcome to wear their cowboy boots and cowboy hats! Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior and be seated at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony is planned to begin at 4 pm.
There will be reserved rows in the front for immediate family. If you have not been advised of where to sit, please sit anywhere that is not marked reserved! No need to pick a side!
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all of the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
Instead of a traditional wedding registry, we have opted to set up a honeymoon fund. Please do not feel forced to gift us with anything but if you feel inclined, there will be a QR code for custom cashapp and venmo accounts found in your invitation. These QR codes will also be on our welcome table at the venue. Thank you all!
Yes! Please see the travel tab for recommended hotels. There are also many air bnbs and other hotels in the area and you are free to choose wherever you'll feel comfortable!
No, due to budget constraints we will not be able to provide any transportation. Ubers and Lyfts are highly accessible in the area for transportation. If you plan on drinking alcohol, please consider using uber, lyft, or have a DD!
Weather in Arkansas is totally unpredictable so be prepared for all kinds of weather! Last year, it was still 60-70 degrees during early November but it's different every year! If you're traveling from out of state, we would recommend checking the weather the week of to know how to pack!
Dinner is planned to start around 6pm, shortly after the start of the reception. We will be serving smoked barbecue buffet style with an assortment of sides. Cake will be served later in the evening.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cater to everyone's dietary constraints. There will be an assortment of side options available if you are unable to eat meat.
Yes, we will have an open bar with specialty cocktails and beer. Please bring cash, if able, to tip our bartender!
