we're getting married!

Dale & Julia met during a trip to Kennywood Park in May of 2016 all thanks to Julia's lovely matron of honor, Jess. Jess knew Dale from high school, so they met up with him and his buddies, who also happened to be at Kennywood that day. At this point in life, Dale & Julia both had just finished their freshman year at Washington & Jefferson College, but never met on campus before. They talked here and there during sophomore year and even went to Dale's fraternity formal together, but they ended up going their separate ways toward the end of the semester. Fast forward to July 4th 2017, Jess comes back into the story (a true match maker lol). She held a 4th of July party and invited both Dale & Julia. After seeing each other again, the couple decided to give things another shot. By August 3rd, 2017 they were officially boyfriend & girlfriend and knew that they had found their soulmate. The happy couple is forever grateful for those significant days where their paths crossed. They couldn't be more thankful for the people who have encouraged and supported the relationship for all these years. <3

Dale had been secretly planning this day for months with Julia's incredible friends, Jess, Erin & Jordan. The girls took Julia out to brunch and had planned to go back to Julia's house afterwards to all hang out together. While they were gone, Dale & his friends decorated the inside of the home with pictures of their relationship and rose petals leading to the back door. When Julia opened the back door, she saw Dale standing at the end of a beautiful white runner lined with more rose petals. He popped the question & our wonderful, talented friend, Taylor, was there to capture the entire proposal on camera!
