Can I bring a date?

Answer

**week of wedding update** If you did not plan on originally bringing a plus one, we at this time cannot accommodate any additional guests. If you are bringing a plus one but they are no longer coming, you are welcome to bring someone else in their place.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, but keep in mind the reception will have alcohol present and perhaps some drunken shenanigans.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, along 11th street, parallel to the venue on Wisconsin Ave, the fire station just around the corner has a parking lot you can use, as well as the Ohana cafe. The Ohana cafe is not open during evening hours and allows Garden room guests to use their spots. DO NOT use the parking spots at the back of the building as they are for vendors only. DO NOT park at the dollar tree, as you may be towed.

Will there be food and/or alcohol at the reception?

Answer

We have hired a catering company for food, so please make use of it. We also have hired a bartender. The bar is an open bar, but the drinks are limited to what we have selected.

How should I dress?

Answer

Casual wear is fine. We want our guests to be comfortable. Just don't upstage the bride and groom!
