How do I RSVP? What date do I need to submit my RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, September 26 using this website! Find the RSVP tab at the top (2nd from the left) and let us know if you'll be joining us or not!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest is listed on your invitation and the RSVP link, absolutely! Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, our strict guest list allows us to meet our venue restrictions and stay on budget. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If your children are listed on your invitation and the RSVP link, then yes, of course! Otherwise, we want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us! We appreciate you making arrangements and leaving the kids at home.

Where is the reception celebration being held?

Answer

The Hidden Palms in Santa Fe. **Please use this address when pulling up directions to the venue so you are routed to the correct parking lot: 3706 Ave E 1/2, Santa Fe, TX

How is parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking for all guests at the venue! The address on the invite and our website takes you directly to the guest parking lot, and the venue will be on the right.

Will there be access to Uber/Lyft?

Answer

Yes! However, we highly recommend you pre-schedule your ride to avoid any hiccups! You are welcome to drive yourself, there is plenty of parking. However, your car cannot stay on the property overnight.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress attire is semi-formal/cocktail. Our color palette is Coastal Blues - if you'd like to coordinate and wear your favorite shade of blue, please do! Nice jeans with a sports coat and boots is acceptable for men. Short dresses are acceptable for women. Please avoid wearing white. But ... be prepared to kick off those shoes and dance the night away with us!!!

Is the celebration indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The reception celebration will be a combination of indoor/outdoor spaces, with most of the dancing and mingling taking place outdoors (weather permitting, of course). Although we are hopeful for a nice, fall evening, please be mindful you are in Texas - it may be warm.

What time should I arrive? What is the timeline for the evening?

Answer

6:00-6:30 Guest Arrival / Cocktails 6:30 Grand entrance & introduction of the bride and groom ~ LET THE CELEBRATION BEGIN!!! 11:00 Celebration will conclude There will be plenty of hors d'oeuvres, drinks, desserts and dancing throughout the evening!

Where do you recommend we stay?

Answer

There are 4 hotels we have recommended for you to choose from, just 10 minutes away from the venue, near Interstate 45 and FM 1764. Please refer to the Travel tab up top for more information on these hotels. Other cities you may wish to stay in, especially if you are spending the weekend down here ... League City (10 mi), Kemah (15 mi), Galveston (20 mi).

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine and seltzers will be provided. Water, tea and lemonade will also be available.

Question

Will guests also be attending the wedding ceremony?

Answer

No. We will exchange our vows in a small, private, immediate family-only ceremony earlier in the day. We are very much looking forward to our invited guests joining us in the evening for the celebration reception!
