No. While we love your children, we have elected to have an adults only ceremony and reception.

We kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend.

Will shuttles be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will leave the hotel promptly at 2:30 pm. Shuttles will only depart the hotel once. If you miss the shuttle, you can drive to the venue and leave your car there overnight. You must pick up your car before 11:00 am on Monday. Please note that Ubers and other rideshare services are not always readily available near the venue. We recommend pre-booking a ride to ensure one is available to retrieve your car.

Check in is at 3:00 pm, but the shuttle leaves at 2:30 pm. What should I do?

Answer

We recommend... 1) Calling the hotel to see if they can accommodate an early check in 2) Arriving wedding-ready at the hotel by 2:30 pm to catch the shuttle. Check in before the shuttle departs and leave your bags at the front desk, or check in after you return. 3) Drive directly to the venue. Leave your car at the venue and return to the hotel on the shuttle with your bags. Uber to the venue to pick up your car by 11:00 am on Monday. Please note that Ubers and other rideshare services are not always readily available near the venue. We recommend pre-booking a ride to ensure one is available to retrieve your car.

Is the ceremony and the reception at the same location?

Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Perona Farms.

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We recommend arriving between 3:00 pm and 3:15 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking is available at the venue. Guests can leave their cars overnight, and retrieve them by 11:00 am on Monday. Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be primarily indoors. The ceremony space has a retractable roof. If the weather is nice, we may elect to open the roof. This will be a day-of decision, so we recommend bringing a light jacket if you get cold easily. An outdoor patio will also be available to use during the cocktail hour and ceremony.
