FAQs

Question

What is Garden Formal attire?

Answer

Think elements of formal attire with a relaxed, outdoor vibe! For women this could be, an ankle or knee length dress in a floral pattern or summer color. For men, a light-colored suit or blazer, tie optional. The reception will be primarily outside under a tent on a concrete patio. Our special day is the last day of Summer, with the outdoor nature of the evening and the opportunity to play yard games during cocktail hour, please consider these factors when selecting footwear. We want everyone to be comfortable while looking polished and put-together! Don’t forget your sunglasses and sunscreen, let’s protect those faces!

Question

Is there parking at the reception venue?

Answer

Yes. There are about 20 parking spaces in the rear of the venue at Folktale. We ask these spaces be first offered to those with mobility issues and the elderly. Once these spaces are full, parking is available in the bank parking lot across the street.

Question

Is the there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the bar is open to those 21+ from 6:00-10:00 P.M. for wine, beer and our two signature cocktails! Any other drink (mixed or liquor) chosen, guests will be responsible for paying themselves via cash. We want each of our guests to have fun and be safe, please be sure to pace yourselves!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have thoughtfully curated our guest list to ensure we can celebrate our special day with each of you! If you and your partner were invited and one of you cannot attend, we ask that you do not invite someone to take your/their place (a plus one or wedding date). Also, if you began dating someone, after or near the time you were invited, we can’t wait to meet them, but we ask that the first time we do meet them not be at our wedding.
