What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive No later then 4:50pm as our ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Note - The ceremony is outside and heels are not recommended. There are also stairs at the venue to get up to the dance floor for the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to budget and space constraints, we ask that only adults attend.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The KLM Lodge has a parking lot able to accommodate our wedding guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact Beth or Dakota if you have a specific food allergy as our dinner will be served buffet style.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be having an open bar serving canned and bottled drinks. Cash is only needed for tips.
