It is an outside wedding with plan B inside if there is inclement weather. Reception will be held inside

Check in time is 3:00 pm; check out time is 11:00 am. Please call the front desk at 412-423-1900 to request early check in or late check out.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel to the Union Barn?

Answer

A shuttle will be leaving from the Townplace Suites at 2:00 and another at 2:10. to take you to the Union Barn for the ceremony. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn next door, please walk over to the Townplace Suites. After the wedding there will be two shuttles as well; the first leaving at 9:30 and the next one at 10:30 to close out the night. If you are driving, it is a 20 minute ride to the Union Barn (12 miles)
