Internet service can be spotty as we are in the mountains, so plan on doing all internet necessary activities in town. Wifi at the Celebration Hall has the Network: POL-Guest and Password: LotusLight
Yes, but it can be very spotty and unreliable depending on which carrier you have. Verizon Wireless seems to have the best reception on our site, however there are a few pockets around the property that most people can get service.
Our standard arrival time for guests to get on the property is 3:00pm for a Sunday arrival. Guests can find their lodging using maps provided in the Information Booth or speak to the Site Greeter.
Guests need to check out of lodging at 10:00am the morning after the wedding and be off of the property at noon.
Seating for the ceremony starts at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive around then.
You should have gotten an email with the amount your party owed, let us know if you haven't! Please venmo us @Daisy-Chung-2 or pay Kevin Wang, the best man, on the day of.

The dress code is "Forest Formal"! meaning wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and feel like a forest fairy! . However, when planning your outfit you should also consider the elements and bring a bag of extra layers for later in the evening. This is a mainly outdoor event, and weather in the mountains can be unpredictable (ranging from mid 70's to low 50s F / 25°C to 10°C ). We will have heaters and blankets at the fire. You can monitor the weather here: https://www.wunderground.com/forecast/us/ca/aptos/KCAWATSO72?cm_ven=localwx_10day Ladies: Pick a dress that ideally covers your leg. Bring a jacket, and perhaps leggings to change for later in the evening. Gentlemen: Suits or dress shirt. Layer up! Layer ideas: Sweaters, down jackets, coats, flannels, base-layers, leggings, hats, scarves. *We encourage guests to change to comfy warm clothes when transitting to the firepit, which is conveniently located at the on-site accommodations.
Due to uneven terrain we suggest wearing comfortable shoes; if wearing heels, bring an alternate pair of flats. In order to respect Tibetan tradition, shoes are not permitted in the Sangha House, the Orchard House, the Round House or the Tibetan Shrine.
Guests are welcome to place their extra personal belongings or clothing at the round house located next to the celebration hall, where the reception takes place.
There is an iron provided in the Sangha House, Orchard House, and the Round House. If you need access to the iron, please let us know beforehand.
Due to spotty cellphone coverage, there is a good chance you would not be able to call uber/lyft on site. Please arrange transportation accordingly.
Filtered water is available from the tap in houses as well as outside the bathhouse (carafe) and the sink up at the Celebration Hall. We will provide water at reception and meals.
We will provide coffee/tea at reception and at brunch. If you have a coffee/tea-recharge emergency, there is a coffee maker and tea kettle at the Sangha House and the Orchard House.
All cabins/yurt and houses have electric outlets.
No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. You may walk out to Eureka Canyon Road and smoke at the designated smoking area.
Camp stoves, propane lanterns, candles, incense and personal use of fires of any kind are not allowed on site. However, we will have a bonfire at the end of the reception for everyone to enjoy!
We highly encourage everyone to stay at one of the economical on-site lodging choices, including shared houses, cabins, yurt, and campsites. This is a great option for you to enjoy the night in the mountains with a campfire, good company, and wake up in the woods just in time to enjoy our farewell brunch!
