Shuttle takes guests to the venue
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
If you are a guest staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel, there will be a free shuttle taking you to the venue. You may begin arriving at the venue at 5:30pm.
Our ceremony
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Please be in your seats by 6:00pm. We will have the first row reserved for our family members, but otherwise, you can feel free to sit anywhere you would like! The ceremony will be taking place outside in the courtyard (weather permitting). We recommend bringing a shawl or a light jacket. In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place inside the ballroom.
Cocktail Hour
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
After the ceremony, guests will be taken indoors where the celebration begins: enjoy light bites and live music during the cocktail hour.
The Reception

The celebration continues at the indoor reception. Cue the dinner, drinks, and dancing! The shuttle will also be available to take guests of the hotel back at the end of the night.
