FAQs

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, please see the “registry” section included in this website.

Question

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

Please see the “schedule” section of this website for updates.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos/video at your wedding?

Answer

The bride and groom kindly ask guests to maintain a strict “unplugged” ceremony. Please keep all phones, cameras, and any other recording devices put away for the duration of the 30-minute ceremony. Professional wedding photographers are paid to get the best possible shots, preferably without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens. The couple would also prefer that their guests remain in-the-moment, undistracted by personal devices.

Question

What is your wedding hashtag?

Answer

Our hashtag is the same as our website, plus our wedding year: #bestdalyever2024

Question

What does “festive attire” mean?

Answer

Think of “festive attire” as another way of saying “holiday threads.” To break it down, festive attire allows guests to have fun and play around with holiday looks. Women are encouraged to wear formal party attire featuring bolder colors, playful accessories, and unique silhouettes. Men should sport a patterned or textured suit, jazzed up with a bright tie or creative pocket square. Even though this is a Florida wedding in Disney World, T-shirts and denims are a no-go as holiday outfits, as are casual sweatshirts, boho styles more suited for the beach, and frumpy ensembles. Have fun with your holiday look, but keep in mind the occasion!

Question

How do I find the ceremony location?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be located at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion. The address is 4104 Floridian Way, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. For more specific details, please visit https://digital-media-prod-usw2.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/media/dftwh/pdf/DisneyWeddingsDisneyWorldDirections.pdf

Question

Will I be allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

Any guests not specified in the invitation will need to be approved by the bride in order to attend the ceremony. This includes plus-ones, children, friends, other family, etc. However, any guests not included in the invitation will not be permitted to attend the reception regardless of bride approval for ceremony attendance. As stated in the “schedule” section of this website, “our reception venue has a strict capacity limit, so we're keeping the reception very intimate. If you did not receive an invitation to the reception, you will not be permitted to attend. As much as we’d love to invite everyone, we appreciate your understanding of the venue’s limited space. We hope those who are unable to attend the reception will still accompany us at the 9:30am ceremony.” The same rules apply to those invited to the rehearsal dinner.

Question

What type of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

Since this is a morning ceremony, we will be having a brunch reception. We are in the process of creating the menu, so please let the bride know if any guest attending the reception has a food allergy or sensitivity.

Question

What should I expect the weather to be like?

Answer

Temperatures in Orlando are typically only 7-10 degrees warmer than in Pensacola. It can get pretty chilly in December, especially early in the morning. Make sure to check the weather in Disney World Orlando prior to packing for your trip.

Question

Are the venues wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception venues are wheelchair accessible. The Walt Disney World Resort is fully ADA compliant, and the Cast Members go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of guests with disabilities.

Question

Will tickets be provided for the afternoon in Epcot?

Answer

Park tickets will not be provided. If any guests would like to join the newlyweds in Epcot, tickets can be purchased for full price through the Walt Disney World Resort website at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/admission/tickets/ OR take advantage of pre-arrival savings on Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets that include the Park Hopper Option. To purchase these tickets, please call (407) 827-6799 or visit https://disneyurl.com/Weddings

Question

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the Grand Floridian for the wedding guests. Stay tuned for updates.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors. Keep in mind, however, that both parking and photos will be outside in the elements.

Question

If I have more questions unanswered by the FAQs page or this website in general, who should I contact?

Answer

Feel free to email the couple at nicanddaisy2024@gmail.com. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible. However, if your question has already been answered in the wedding website, you will be directed accordingly.
