Answer

Piedmont Triad International Airport is the closest to us, and we strongly recommend it over flying into Charlotte or Raleigh for ease of access and affordability.

We recommend the Fairfield Inn at 3020 Hendren Rd, Whitsett, NC 27377, as it is 2 miles down the road from Timberlake Earth Sanctuary. There are also many Airbnb or VRBO’s available in Greensboro or Burlington, NC. For more questions, talk to Daisy and Nathan!

Yes, some of our guests have children and they are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Yes -- our dress code is semi-formal. Please see this link for more information if you would like: https://www.brides.com/semi-formal-wedding-attire-4800687 For people considering heels as shoes, please be aware that there are gravel and dirt pathways, as well as the cocktail hour held outside in a grassy orchard. Platforms, espadrilles, and wedges are recommended if you prefer elevated shoes. Stiletto heels are discouraged, for your comfort.

We are not offering transportation at this time. The Fairfield Inn, where we have our hotel block, is a 4 minute drive from the venue.

Yes, there is free parking at Timberlake Earth Sanctuary. Carpooling is suggested, for enviornmental reasons.

Our pre-wedding Drop In Cocktail Hour begins at 2:30 and will end at 3:30. We are asking guests to begin seating at the Woodlands Ceremony Cite at 3:30, with a 4:00 start time for the ceremony.

Please speak with the bride or groom if you are uncertain. Plus ones have been offered at every available opportunity.
