Travel Note

General Travel Information

The wedding venue is about a hour and a half from the Seattle- Tacoma airport. Attending the wedding will require either renting a car or riding a shuttle to get to Cle Elum, WA. If you are renting a car, it would be in your best interest to rent a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. This time of the year there will be snow and ice present.

Flight

Seattle/ Tacoma International airport

This is the main airport that you will need to fly into if you are coming from out of state. The drive from the airport to the wedding venue is about a 1 hour and 30 minute drive. Please ensure you are planning accordingly.

Shuttle

Shuttle to & from Suncadia Resort

December 11, 2020 10:00 am - 10:00 am

The shuttle will pick you up from the airport and take you 2 hours to the resort where the wedding will be held. Pick up- 12/11 at 11:30am Pick up - 12/13 at 10:00 am Airport drop off eta - 12/13 12:45pm Price - $90 per person (Total) Please contact Daisha (253-266-0183) as soon as possible to let her know you are interested in the shuttle so she can get a tentative head count. Final confirmation will need to be submitted with your RSVP in September 2020. Payment will be due November 1st 2020 to Daisha or Charles via Venmo, cash app, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

Rates are between $130- $160 per night. A discount code will be sent out within the next month.

House Or Rental

Cascade Mountain Rentals

Rates are between $99/night (condo) - $1500/night (5 bedroom house) This an option that you will need to book on your own. There will be no rooms blocked off or discount codes offered.
