FAQsFAQs

Question

Which Hotel should I book?Which Hotel should I book?

Answer

We have secured a special room block for our guests, which can be booked through the online booking portal or by contacting our travel agent, Clara. If you plan to attend the wedding, we strongly recommend reserving your stay at the resort. Please note that guests who choose to stay off-property will be required to purchase an $85 day pass, and these passes are not guaranteed for wedding attendees. We’ve worked hard to negotiate great rates to make this as convenient and cost-effective as possible for everyone.

Question

How do I book my hotel or travel? How do I book my hotel or travel?

Answer

All booking and travel arrangements should go through our amazing wedding travel coordinator or the booking portal under the travel tab: Clara Gutierrez 📧 clara@luxevovacations.com 📞 +1 (832) 724-9838 She’ll take care of everything and answer any travel-related questions you have!

Question

Answer

Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring your little ones to Punta Cana and enjoy the resort as a family. However, please note that our wedding day events will be adults-only. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare during the ceremony and reception so everyone can let loose and celebrate comfortably.

Question

Can I bring a guest?Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Plus-ones are by invitation only. Please refer to your official invite or reach out to us if you’re unsure. We’ve made decisions based on guest count, budget, and venue capacity. We hope you understand. ❤️

Answer

The dress code for the wedding day is black tie attire. Think elegant dresses, floor-length dresses for ladies, and tuxedos or dark suits and ties for the fellas. We’re going glam, but tropical glam! (No Shades of white)

Answer

Yes! All guests traveling from outside the Dominican Republic will need a valid passport. Be sure to check that your passport won’t expire within 6 months of your travel date.

Answer

We recommend arriving at least one full day before the wedding, (so by October 23rd, 2026), to settle in, attend the rehearsal dinner, and enjoy a little sunshine! If you can make it earlier, even better! Our welcome dinner is on October 22nd and we’d love to have you there.

Answer

Fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). It’s the closest airport to the resort, and round-trip airport transfers will be provided for all guests who book with our travel coordinator, Clara Gutierrez.
