Where do I go once I get to The Oregon Garden?

Answer

Where should I stay?

Answer

For the day before and night of the wedding, we highly recommend staying on-site at The Oregon Garden Resort. Check out the travel section of our website for more information or reach out to Allanda or Dain directly and we can help you out!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, and wanting to include as many of our friends and family as possible, only those addressed on your invite will be able to join us. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

We love you, and we love your kids, but our wedding is an adults-only celebration! Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available at the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes! The Oregon Garden has on-site parking and cars are able to be left overnight if needed.

Are there any additional wedding events?

Answer

We are having an un-hosted, completely optional Welcome Event on Thursday evening from 6:30-8:30pm at The Oregon Graden Resort, in the Fireside Lounge. We are also inviting all friends and family to a post-wedding celebration at Heathen Brewing in Vancouver, WA on Saturday, August 31st, starting at 4:00pm.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm and pre-ceremony drinks will be served from 3:00pm-3:45pm. It is a short walk from the garden entrance to the ceremony location. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you dress in nice-casual but most importantly, whatever you are comfortable in. Our wedding celebration is fully outdoors, so please plan accordingly! (And don't forget your dancing shoes!)

Will there be menu accommodations?

Answer

There is a set menu and there be will have vegetarian and gluten-free options available for dinner. However, if you have an additional dietary need, please reach out to Allanda via email: allanda.hageman@gmail.com, with your request at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Any requests after that will unfortunately not be able to be accommodated.
