We kindly ask that guests follow an optional black tie dress code. The wedding palette is black and white, reflecting the venue’s aesthetic, and we would love guests to wear black if they can. However, guests are free to choose any color that suits them, with the sole exception of white, which is reserved for the bride and groom. We would like to specifically request that the parents, grandparents, and siblings of the bride and groom please wear black for the purpose of photographs. For those who plan to wear heels, please be aware that the parking area is surfaced with gravel. Adult only Affair (21+)

The Bride & Groom kindly request that this is an adult-only wedding to allow wedding guests a night of uninhibited revelry! Furthermore the cocktail hour and reception will include an open bar that will only be serving guests who are 21+ years of age.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 21st, 2025. Timely responses are essential for us to finalize catering numbers, seating arrangements, and other details. You can RSVP through this site by clicking the “RSVP” tab at the top of the page. If you need to update your RSVP after responding, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any late RSVPs.

Where is family & wedding party staying?

Answer

The Bride & Groom along with their wedding party and family will be staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Downtown Springfield OH. Booking information can be found under the "Travel" section.

What's on the menu?

Answer

We didn’t request your dinner preference during the RSVP process because our caterer has guaranteed a sufficient quantity of each dish to accommodate all guests. If you have any dietary restrictions, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible so we can relay this information to our caterer

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 4:00pm and no later than 4:20pm. The Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, you can! During the RSVP process, you will be prompted to enter any allergies or dietary restrictions for yourself and your guests. If you miss this step, please contact the Bride or Groom before March 21st. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate requests made after this date.
