John and Christina met in a local chat room, in August 2017, not looking for anything serious. They met in person on September 9, 2017. By October 18th, they decided they didn't want to date anyone else. They share a love of music and John showed Christina just how amazing live music can be. John proposed at their favorite concert venue, Usana, during a Kiss concert (not knowing that was where she dreamed of him proposing to her, one day), with his daughter, Ember, a witness to the event, on September 22, 2021 (coincidentally, this was also Sammy's 4th gotcha day). Nursing school delayed any wedding planning, so here they are, getting married in 2025.
