After having been to several All-Inclusive resorts, we have found that there's so much to be said about not having to worry about anything and truly relaxing. First and foremost, we're honored to have you be a part of our wedding weekends! This has been a long time coming and we're so excited to celebrate with you all. As many of you know, we do not love being the center of attention, and wanted to do something unique to us. Having been together for 10 amazing years, we love creating new meaningful experiences together. A small intimate ceremony in Cancun is the experience to tie the knot and a party in the Berkshires is how we intend to celebrate with our larger extended family. We thought it was the best of both worlds to have two parties, however, absolutely none of our guests need to feel pressured to attend, but we'd be so happy to have you join us for either of the events that work best for you!
Yes. The resort will not allow outside guests (they actually charge us for this) so please use the hotel block provided to stay at the resort! (It's REALLY nice!)
We don't recommend this. The prices on the block are slightly cheaper and locked into the block rate (they won't change until it expires) you'll also recieve a few benefits of being on the wedding block. I don't think it's 100% against the rules, but we're honestly not sure, so we'd recommend using it!
Please reference your invitation or the RSVP page, this will specifically call out if you have a plus +1 by name. We're trying to include as many people as possible for these special events while also making sure it's the people closest to us that are included in the day! Due to size limitations we do ask that if you don't have a plus 1 on your invite please don't bring any extra people.
A great question! If you're traveling solo we understand that the room rates don't get cut in half and this can add up very quickly. Please let the bride or groom know if you're interested in doubling up with another solo guest (the chances are you already know them) and we can help to put you in touch so you can split the cost of a room. This resort is All-Inclusive, food, drinks, alcohol, water sport, room service etc. are all a part of what you pay for. We understand it's different and more cost "up-front" but you'll be able to show up that weekend and enjoy without thinking about anything! The rooms are priced per person, so the price will change based on how many people are staying in your room. There is also an option to book a triple room which is the same cost per person!
Sadly, no. We'd really like to keep the ceremony in Mexico small and intimate and the hotel has a strict cap on the number of attendees so we ask that you only bring guests who've been formally invited.
We absolutely love all our kiddos in the family, however, due to size limitations we're unable to invite children to either event. We ask you please leave them at home and use this as an excuse to let your hair down and celebrate with us!
YES! If you know you're coming to Mexico, please renew your passports ASAP. The wait-times are long, 10+ weeks, please just get ahead of it and renew it now. Pro Tip: If your passport will be expiring within 6 months of your RETURN travel date they may not allow travel. If it's within a year of expiration - get it renewed just to be safe!
