The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 3:45pm and no later than 4:15pm. This will ensure there is time to say a quick hello to other guests and find seating.
We ask that you use this website to RSVP, none will be sent in the mail. Please submit your final response no later than August 10th, 2024
It is Formal / Cocktail attire. For men, this can be a suit (tie optional) or sports jacket and dress shirt. For women, this can be a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates. *For heels - we warn you that there will be grass and gravel, we suggest to avoid stilettos *We understand it will be summer and a bit toasty, please plan your layers accordingly. If jackets/ties become too hot, do what you need to avoid overheating and stay comfortable. *We don’t have any specific color requests for our guests. *Sunglasses are ok, it will likely be very sunny! In photos, we ask you do remove them.
Open bar folks, it’s on us! Please enjoy responsibly. Valid ID will be required & all alcoholic drinks must be served from the bar (including beer/wine). **We would greatly appreciate if you show our bartenders some love by bringing a little cash to tip :)
Considering it is Labor Day weekend, we are predicting at minimum that it will be a 1 hour drive from Seattle. Please consider checking traffic approximately 2 hours before your desired arrival time.
Majority of our day will be outdoors. Wear your sunscreen, bring your sunglasses and drink lots of water! Plan to be outside from 4pm-8pm, sunset is likely around this time. Our reception hall is indoors. If you ever need a break from the sun, there are indoor facilities where you can step away if needed.
