What is the best way to get to the Wequassett?

Answer

For those joining us from outside of New England, we would recommend flying into Boston Logan Airport and driving 1.5 hours to Harwich. Alternatively, there are flights to the Hyannis airport, which is ~20 minutes from the venue; however, there may be limited options at this time of year.

What is recommended ceremony and reception attire?

Answer

The event is black tie. For women, floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses and for men, tuxedos with a black necktie or bowtie.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the church at 1:45 pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

All events, with the exception of the ceremony (5 minute drive), will be held onsite at the Wequassett. We strongly encourage guests to stay at the resort.

Will there be parking at the church?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot directly next to the church.

Will there be a coat check at the reception?

Answer

Yes. We would recommend bringing a wrap and / or a jacket as it will likely be cold near the water.
