Have you heard of a dating app call Tinder? Well thanks to that app we’re soon to be Mr. & Mrs. Nick and I started talking on Tinder for about two weeks and decided to meet up. We were supposed to meet up at 7:30 PM, but because he does not have a set schedule he told me he would be a little late. I was ok with it until “a little late” turned to an hour late. My cousin told me to just go home. I texted him to let him know I was going and he said he was 5 minutes away. I waited for another 10 minutes. Not only was he late, he showed up with his work clothes on. Because I was upset, I decided to take him to one of the nicest restaurants in the neighborhood we were at thinking he would back down. IT DIDN’T FAZE HIM A BIT!! After the date I went home with the mindset of never seeing him again, but we stayed in touch. After a few weeks of him asking me out on a second, I finally said yes. Now, on our second date he was on time, but it was still a disaster. He took me for a walk around Lake Quannapowitt and I got eaten alive by mosquitoes. We only walked for five minutes and drove to a parking lot to talk. in the middle of us talking he stopped and said, “I don’t know about you, but you are it for me.” With my eyes rolling I said, “are you crazy?!” He said, “you’re it for me.” I said, “we will see!” I should have believed him because now WE ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!
