✨ Tentative Wedding Day Schedule (2–7 PM) 1:30 PM – Guest Arrival & Seating Guests arrive and settle in with light background music. 2:00 PM – Ceremony Begins Processional, vows, and “I do’s.” 2:30 PM – Ceremony Ends / Cocktail Hour Guests enjoy light refreshments while the wedding party takes photos. 3:00 PM – Grand Entrance & First Dance The newlyweds make their entrance, followed by their first dance (and optional parent dances). 3:30 PM – Dinner is Served Guests are seated, blessing/thank-you from the couple, and dinner begins. 4:15 PM – Toasts & Cake Cutting Heartfelt speeches, then cake cutting. 4:45 PM – Open Dance Floor & Celebration Music, dancing, and fun activities. 6:45 PM – Last Dance & Farewell Couple shares a final dance before guests gather for the send-off. 7:00 PM – Grand Exit Sparkler exit, bubbles, or another fun send-off to close the evening.
