We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 12th. This ensures us time to coordinate with our vendors in a timely manner.
The ceremony and reception will be held at The Pavilion-Wicked Outfitters. As long as weather permits, the ceremony will be outside in the back and then the reception will follow in the building.
It will not be completely open, but we will be providing alcohol. We will have an estimate of 3-5 beer options, a seltzer option, and frozen margaritas of 2 different flavors. There will be no liquor provided or mixed cocktails. Please feel free to bring your own drinks to ensure you have what you enjoy!
We love all the tiny humans and would love to have them all there! With our space being limited, we have accommodated the children we can, and you will see that on your RSVP. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes minimum before that time to ensure parking and a seat. The reception will follow.
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible to ensure you have the best time! It will be a dressy - casual vibe (dresses, short sleeve button ups, etc.) Please no casual attire (t-shirts, athletic shorts, etc.). Dress for the weather!
Yes, we will be providing dinner and dessert! We will have barbecue as well as sides to accompany it, and we will have a variety of desserts and sweets for you to enjoy!
