Question

When should I RSVP by? What if my RSVP changes?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but at least by December 7th. If your plans change please let us know ASAP.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! The cocktail hour and reception will be open bar. Cocktail hour will have small bites and dinner will be a buffet including chicken and steak entrees. Kids under 10 will have a dinner of chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and fruit salad.

How should I let you know about food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We are requesting cocktail/semi-formal attire. (Men: dress shirt/slacks/tie or similar. Women: any length dress/skirt/slacks or similar.) No jeans or casual wear please!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If they were included on the invite/RSVP site; Yes. Please make sure to RSVP if they are attending or not and include if they are under 10 so we have the correct dinner option for them!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes to both! Parking is limited at the reception so we recommend using the hotel's complementary shuttle.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? How about the reception?

Answer

The wedding will start promptly at 1 PM. Please arrive early to ensure you are seated prior to the start. Please arrive at the reception during cocktail hour which begins at 4 PM. We recommend going back to the hotel after the wedding and taking the complementary hotel shuttle to the reception.

Answer

Nope, everything will be inside. We do have access to a patio at the reception venue if the weather is nice enough.
