“Happily Eva After!!”

One day I was scrolling through a dating app and this very cute hunter popped up with this huge turkey! My first thought was, “ooh a cute hunter, that shot a huge turkey! Umm yes please! Let’s hope he lives close! Yep! Fergus Falls!” I messaged him and the rest is history!

Here’s the story how the special day went. We had plans to go to my parents that weekend and Josh had to go to Ashby so he met me at my parents house. Josh was driving to Alex from Ashby and he saw two very special signs one of an eagle which reminded him of his uncle David and then later on he heard loons which reminded him of his Grandpa Dave. Both of these signs gave him the most confidence. When Josh got there, we were all sitting at the picnic table outside in the back facing the lake. Josh asked me if I’ve gone fishing yet because I mentioned to him I was looking forward to fishing this weekend. I told him not yet he said why don’t you go fishing and I said okay yeah will you come with me? He said you go down there and I will be down there in a little bit. I was fishing off the dock, and then Josh came down and told me to cast really far. I thought that was weird and I said yeah I can do that. Once I casted it out really far he kept saying my name and as I turned around he was down on one knee. I was so surprised and it was the happiest days of our lives and Ky was there to witness it as well.
